About Us

The SHŌR Mission

Roughly half of the plastic produced each year is designed for single-use products.[1]

Our goal is to reduce dependency on single-use plastic in kitchens by providing people with

A Better Product.

We are a husband and wife team who hand-make beeswax wraps to use as an alternative to plastic wrap. These wraps are a staple in our kitchen and not only do they add beauty; they provide the satisfaction of ridding our shelves of another disposable product.

We live on the shore of a beautiful lake in northern Minnesota. Our family loves the water and we want to do our small part to work toward all shores being plastic free. This may not happen in a day, but why not take another step?
